Magellan Health and its affiliates (Magellan) aggressively pursue allegations of healthcare fraud, waste and abuse, including the improper retention of overpayments. If you think an individual, company, or provider is committing fraud, waste or abuse, or is retaining overpayments, please report it. The National Benefit Integrity Medicare Drug Integrity Contract (NBI MEDIC)

You can call the NBI MEDIC at 1-877-7SafeRx (1-877-772-3379) to report complaints about fraud, waste or abuse in Medicare Part C or Part D.

State Medicaid Regulatory Agencies

You can report potential fraud, waste or abuse in Medicaid directly to the State Medicaid Agency or to other designated state regulatory agencies with oversight over Medicaid fraud, waste and abuse. The state-specific contact information for reporting fraud, waste and abuse is available at:
