When people accept a life without the possibility of change, they see their lives with a mental illness as limited. They believe there's nothing they can do about it, and they may have been stuck in the mental health system for years. But in this Change is Possible stage, something happens that causes them to see that life can
be more than they thought it could be.
When people see they need to take some risks and move out of their "comfort zone," they might begin to doubt whether they can actually do this.
