This course takes about one hour to complete and offers one (1.0) Professional Development Hour (PDH) through the Employee Assistance Certification Commission (EACC). To obtain this PDH you must 1) Complete the course in its entirety; 2) Complete the post-test with a passing score; and 3) Complete the course evaluation. An introductory course titled Essential Skills for EAP Providers is a suggested prerequisite to this training.
