EAP Core Technology: Client Follow-up Services

This training explains the expectations for providing follow-up services with Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients and the associated responsibilities of the EAP provider for various types of client referrals.

Through numerous case examples, you will learn how EAP client follow-up demonstrates good clinical care for your professional EAP practice.

2. Identify EAP provider responsibilities for timing of follow-up contacts, documentation, and communication     with Magellan
