It's no secret that lifestyle choices have a direct impact on health and well-being.  In fact, lifestyle behaviors are the number one manageable risk factor in developing chronic health conditions.1

Magellan has been helping individuals change unhealthy behaviors for more than thirty years. Through our Healthy Lifestyle Coaching program, we are joining with members to identify and address unhealthy behaviors such as overeating, sedentary lifestyles, smoking, sleep deprivation and stress.  Choices that, at some point, are likely to affect their performance, their health and the cost of health care.
