W3 Award 2008 W3 Awards

Magellan is proud to have been recognized by the 2008 W3Awards, which honors outstanding Web site, Web advertising and Web video. Judged for creativity, usability, navigation, functionality, visual design, and ease of use, our unique customer Dashboard was recognized with a Gold level award. The 2008 Wł Awards competition received an amazing pool of entries and they were very impressed by the quality and creativity of this year's work.

With more than 2,600 entries submitted for the 2008 American Business AwardsSM, Magellan Health Services won a “Stevie” in the Corporate Information category for the company's Dashboard Reports. The Magellan Customer Dashboard is an electronic real-time reporting tool that is customizable by client.

Honoring companies of all types and sizes and the people behind them, the “Stevies” recognize outstanding performances in the workplace worldwide.

The 2007 eHealthcare Leadership Awards recognized outstanding Web sites during the 11th Annual Healthcare Internet Conference. With over 1,100 entries, the Web sites were judged based on a standard of Internet excellence and in comparison to other organizations. For the 4th year in a row, we are pleased to have been recognized and were honored this year in the following category:

We are proud to announce that in 2007 both Magellan's member and provider behavioral health Web sites were honored with the Health Care Standard of Excellence awards for outstanding achievement in the category of Health Care Web site development.

Now in its 11th year, the WebAwards is a premier annual Web site award competition that names the best Web sites in 96 industries while setting the standard of excellence for all Web site development.

Sponsored by eHealthcare Strategy & Trends, a leading Internet resource for information on business development, marketing and Internet strategies, the 2006 eHealthcare Leadership Awards recognized the best Web sites from a wide range of health care organizations in 17 different categories with a focus on the business and health promotion uses of the Internet. Magellan won the following accolades:

The 10th annual WebAwards, sponsored by the Web Marketing Association, recognized outstanding Web site development and design in 2006. More than 2,300 Web sites from 35 countries were judged in 96 industry categories during this year's competition. Entries were evaluated based on Web site design, copy writing, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation and use of technology. Magellan was recognized in the following two categories:

The following Magellan sites received awards at the 2005 eHealthcare Leadership awards in Las Vegas on November 7, 2005:

Sites receiving the 2005 eHealthcare Leadership Awards were selected from 1,200 entries. One hundred individuals familiar with health care and the Internet judged the entries.

Judges looked at how sites compared with others in their organization's classification. They also reviewed sites based on a proprietary multi-point standard of Internet excellence.

The eHealthcare Leadership Awards program was developed and first presented five years ago by eHealthcare Strategy & Trends, a leading Internet resource published by Health Care Communications, Rye, NY.

We are pleased to announce that the Web Marketing Association recently selected MagellanHealth.com as the recipient of the Outstanding Web site WebAward, noting that our Web site goes above and beyond the standard of excellence.

In its ninth year, the WebAward competition is an annual award competition that seeks to provide a forum to recognize the people and organizations responsible for developing some of the most effective Web sites on the Internet today. Entries are judged against peer sites within their industry on design, innovation, content, technology, interactivity, copywriting and ease of use.

MagellanHealth.com was one of 2,100 entries from 33 different countries, representing organizations such as L.L. Bean, Nokia, Disney Online, Weight Watchers, AARP, Department of Defense, American Airlines, Verizon, Metlife, the U.S. Postal Service, Charles Schwab, Merrill Lynch and many more.

Sites receiving the 2004 eHealthcare Leadership Awards were selected from 1,202 entries. One hundred four individuals familiar with health care and the Internet judged the entries.

Judges looked at how sites compared with others in their organization's classification. They also reviewed sites based on a proprietary multi-point standard of Internet excellence.

The eHealthcare Leadership Awards program was developed and first presented five years ago by eHealthcare Strategy & Trends, a leading Internet resource published by Health Care Communications, Rye, NY. Park City Solutions, a Midway, UT-based supplier of Web-enabled portal solutions and consulting services for health care organizations, was the leading supporting sponsor.
